About The Event

STRAY is currently one of the best bands on the circuit, packing power, melodies and brilliant guitar playing into an energetic live show. Guitarist, Del Bromham, one of the most underrated guitarists of the modern era, is rated as highly as Clapton, Page, and Beck by The Encyclopaedia of Popular Music.

Formed in 1966 Stray made their mark in the late 60s by owning lighting rigs, pyrotechnics and transport in a time when most bands were content to just get up onstage and play. They are one of the great British hard rock bands and continue to impress with festival appearances at The Cambridge Rock Festival, Hard Rock Hell, The New Day Festival, The Giants of Rock Festival in Minehead, and The Great British Rock & Blues Festival in Skegness.

Stray mix scintillating guitar playing in a twin guitar format with original member Pete Dyer. Other members of the band include: drummer Karl Randall, Simon Rinaldo on keys, and Colin Kempster on bass.
