About The Event

Simply Dan are a Steely Dan tribute band, created by like-minded musicians who wanted to authentically present the kaleidoscopic sounds of Steely Dan.

With many of their members working as session musicians in London and  the south east and performing with a diverse mix of artists nationally and  worldwide, Simply Dan are an incredible band who faithfully capture the  sound of Steely Dan.

Simply Dan uses a 4 piece horn section to add to the already rich harmonies and sound. Along with two soulful backing vocalists, this Steely Dan tribute band aims to do justice to one of the world’s most interesting and challenging groups ever recorded. Selecting from the entire back catalogue of songs from the early days with Walter Becker through to later influences of Larry Carlton and Steve Gadd, Simply Dan aim to thrill you with an accurate and authentic rendition of their classics!
