About The Event
The Connexions Cuisine Pop-Up Supper Club is an exciting experience for local foodies who fancy a different evening out! The chef team prepare an exciting menu from either a well-known chef’s cookbook or food from a particular country. The food is expertly crafted by their experienced team using luxurious ingredients. No expense is spared! The atmosphere is fun and relaxed and many new friendships have been formed at the Supper Club. Book a table for 8 or 10 guests or just come along alone or as a couple and enjoy the mix! Seating will be family-style with long communal tables.
The evening will be a tribute to the late Gary Rhodes, a local celebrity chef, who tragically died at the age of 59. The menu will feature a recipe selection from Gary Rhodes’ ‘Rhodes Around Britain’ and ‘More Rhodes Around Britain’.

Chicken liver parfait served with fig chutney and toasted sourdough bread, or
Smoked eel fillets on a warmed potato, onion and beetroot salad, or
Warmed gruyere cheese flan served with dressed rocket salad, or

Grilled chicken breast with braised pearl barley, lemon and thyme
Confit of duck with orange sauce and buttered spinach
Salmon fishcakes served with lemon butter sauce
Ratatouille tarte with crispy aubergine and tomato dressing (v)
Hot new potatoes

Steamed lemon sponge with clotted cream ice cream and lemon custard sauce
