Club Night re-opening - SOLD OUT

This event has been rescheduled from 25th June. Existing ticket holders have automatically been transferred to this new date.

Come and have some fun at the best Club around! DJ Dave Collins will be back playing the best Chart – Club – Soul – Rnb – and so much more. 

Venue: The Marquee

Time: 8pm – 1am (no admission after 10pm)

Dress Code: smart (no t-shirts or trainers)

Age restriction: 25+

This will be a ticketed event only: £10.50  (No membership fees)

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to government restrictions, in which case you will be offered an exchange to another date, or a refund. By purchasing tickets, you agree to these terms.

Attending events

Please remember, it is important that you do not attend The Beaverwood if you:

• believe  you may be infected with COVID-19, whether you have symptoms or not
• have  experienced symptoms in the last 14 days
• have  been in close proximity to anyone who has experienced symptoms in the last 14 days
• have  arrived in England in the last 14 days from a country where UK quarantine  restrictions apply
• have  been instructed to self-isolate

We encourage anyone in your group that is clinically vulnerable, or who is in the same household or support bubble as someone who considers themselves vulnerable, to make their own assessment whether they should attend. 

After the government announcement on Monday, 12 July, we are pleased to announce that our re-opening Club Night will be going ahead in line with the recommended guidelines. Social distancing and mask wearing will no longer be compulsory.

We wish to make you aware that although we have restricted our capacity, we are sold out and it will be very busy.

We would strongly urge you, and any guests coming along with you, to take a Lateral Flow Test, 48 hours prior to coming to The Beaverwood. Testing kits are free and are available from many pharmacies, or can be ordered here. If you, and/or any of your guests tests positive, you should not travel and should follow government advice. If you do test positive, and have bought a ticket to the night, you will be offered an exchange to another night.

Please note we will not be asking for evidence of a negative test result or proof of vaccination on the door.

As the opening night will be busy, if you would prefer to transfer your tickets to another Club Night, we will do this for you.

We want everybody to have a fantastic time and enjoy their freedom once again!

Access

The Club House has now been demolished and is being redeveloped - please excuse our appearance while we build a fantastic new venue! Access is via a flat footpath with handrail approximately 70 metres long. It is suitable for wheelchairs.
