Following the latest government announcement on 8th December, here's what you can expect when you attend an event at

The Beaverwood.

What we'll be doing:

• Cleaning the venue and sanitising all surfaces between events.

• We will continue to ventilate all areas in the venue and take steps to improve air flow (keeping doors open where possible).

• Providing hand sanitising stations.

• Using paper-free ticketing for events organised by The Beaverwood.

• For Club Nights and Band Nights, we will be asking each visitor, who has not booked tickets online, to provide their name and contact details, and retaining these details for 21 days.

• Displaying an official NHS QR code poster at the entrance to the venue, so visitors can 'check in' on the NHS Test & Trace app.

• Equipping our staff with PPE. Our staff will also be testing regularly before an event.

• We will ensure, as best as possible, that staff and visitors who are unwell do not attend the venue.

 

Attending events, private parties, weddings:

Please remember, it is important that you do not attend The Beaverwood if you:

• believe you may be infected with COVID-19, whether you have symptoms or not

• have experienced symptoms in the last 14 days

• have  been in close proximity to anyone who has experienced symptoms in the last 14 days

• have arrived in England in the last 14 days from a country where UK quarantine  restrictions apply

• have been instructed to self-isolate

We would strongly urge you, and any guests with you, to take a Lateral Flow Test, 48 hours prior to coming to The Beaverwood. Testing kits are free and are available from many pharmacies, or can be ordered here.

 

If you, and/or any of your guests tests positive, you should not travel and should follow government advice. If you do test positive,  and have bought a ticket to a Beaverwood Club or Band night, you will be offered an exchange to another night.
